1. Is there a minimum order quantity?

No, there is no minimum order quantity,  however discounts will only apply to orders over a certain quantity or price

3. When do I pay for my order?

A 50% none refundable deposit is required on all Invitations & Stationery orders

Full payment is required on all personalised items at the time of placing the order

4. How do I pay for my order?

We accept payment via PayPal or Bank Transfer, Details will be given on the Invoice

 

5. Can I provide my own ideas?

Yes we are happy to create a design or idea  you have

6. Can you do deigns with Disney / Marvel Characters?

No I cannot use images from Disney or other characters  due to copyright

7.How long will my Invitations & Stationery  take?

Invitations & Stationery orders take approximately  4-6 weeks from approval

8. How long will my personalised gifts take?

We try to process personalised gifts as quickly as possible and get your order to you promptly please allow 7-14 days

9. Do you offer payment plans?

Yes we offer payments plans so you can spread the cost, A £20.00 deposit is required with the remainder to be paid at least two weeks before completion

10. Can I visit you?

We work from home so don't have a studio. Most orders are placed and dealt with via email. Customers are welcome to visit me to discuss their orders by appointment

 

11. How do I receive my order?

Orders will be sent via Royal mail sign for service and charged according to the weight of the parcel. Table plans are to be collected or delivered locally

12.Can I collect my order?

Yes you are most welcome to collect your order

 

13. Do you accept returns?

All items are fully personalised and made to your specification. Therefore items cannot be returned, unless faulty. Proofs for Invitation and Stationery are sent for you to check for any mistakes prior to printing.

14.Can I add personalised gifts to my sationery order?

Yes of course , thats perfectly fine to add any gifts to your order
