We will send you a quote for the items and quantities required
All quotes will be held for 1 week

Once the quote has been accepted
a 50% none refundable deposit will be required for stationery orders
Full payment is required for all personalised items at the time of placing the order
We accept payments by
PayPal or Bank Transfer

Digital proofs for your order will be emailed to you in a PDF format for your approval.

Once proofs are approved we will start production.
Lead time for stationery is usually around 4- 6 weeks
Personalised gifts 7-14 days

Once completed your order will be carefully packaged and dispatched via Royal Mail
Collection is also available
by appointment
